A well established company pioneering Namibia's largest and premier retail outlet inspiring fine living has a vacancy for an innovative, sophisticated and contemporary person who will offer clients a unique experience in a wide range of products, ranging from wood-based products and hardware. Sales and Manufacturing experts are needed to assist with offering high-end cutting and edging services aligned to the latest in-home improvement trends.
WHAT WILL YOU DO:
- Ensure that budgets are met/exceeded to enhance branch profitability.
- Manage all operational functions and oversee boards sales nationally.
- Identify sales and new manufacturing opportunities and service existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage stock levels, shrinkage and all other expenses to an acceptable standard.
- Manage the Board Cutting and Edging Plant effectively.
- Maintain ongoing good supplier relations.
- Ensure that all legal and company requirements are adhered to regarding Health and Safety.

- Someone who can effectively plan, multitask, and prioritize.
- Someone passionate about customer service and working with diverse group of people.
- Tertiary qualification in the Technical field, Marketing or Commerce.
- Minimum 5 years managerial experience in the Manufacturing, Joinery or the Building Industry.
- Must have a valid Code B Drivers License.
- Kerridge system experience would be an added advantage.
