The foremost importer and partner for pumps and valves supply all across Namibia by offering an extensive range of high quality technical products is looking for a Buyer/Stock Controller to join their team.

Requirements

Grade 12

5 years experience in a similar position

Fully computer literate (MS Office)

Knowledge of Pastel Accounting or similar

Technically minded

Ability to speak, read and write English

Drivers license

Namibian citizen/permanent resident

Must be willing to work overtime occasionally

Duties

Supervise loading and offloading of transporters and customers trucks

Arranging and following-up transport of goods from suppliers and to customers

Checking supplier invoices against purchase orders

Managing and maintaining stock levels

Following-up on suppliers orders and their delivery dates

Monitoring and reporting stock discrepancies

Receiving and dispatching of stock

Maintaining and processing of suppliers price lists

Additional duties if they fall into the possible candidates scope of abilities

Counter Sales Service and assist our customers in our salesroom

Telephone Sales Service and assist customers who phone in

Attending to shot-blasting customers

Quotations both verbal and in writing
