Duties & Responsibilities:

Manage all Food & Beverage day-to-day operations
Design exceptional menus & purchase goods
Stock management
Recruiting, training and appraising of team members
Establish targets, KPIs, schedules, policies and procedures
Operating equipment stock management
Month end reporting
Health & safety officer duties and reporting
Oversee conference center
Marketing and yearly event calendars

Experience & Qualifications:

Tertiary qualification in hospitality or accounting will be an added advantage
Minimum 4 years experience in similar role
Excellent communication and numerical skills
Computer literacy MS Office
Attention to detail
Ability to multi-task
Knowledge and experience working on Pastel will be advantageous
Previous working experience at a Marriott linked property or Protea will be advantageous
Drivers License
Namibian citizenship
