Position Summary

As a Branch Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient operations of the Namibia branch. You will be responsible for ensuring that all administrative tasks are executed accurately and in compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Order Processing: Process sales orders, back orders, and purchase orders.
  • Invoicing: Generate and manage invoices.
  • Picking and Packing: Oversee the picking and packing of orders.
  • Stock Control: Maintain accurate stock levels and records.
  • Facility Management: Manage building maintenance and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • OHS and Safety: Implement and monitor OHS and safety procedures.
  • Stock Take: Conduct stock takes and prepare reports.
  • Logistics: Coordinate shipping, returns, and cross-border clearing.

    • Qualifications: Requirements
    • Grade 12
    • Relevant office administration qualification in logistics, supply chain management business administration, or a related field.
    • At least 5 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, with some of those years in an administrative role.
    • Familiarity with warehouse operations: Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management, and shipping/receiving procedures.
