Position: Design Advisor

Type: Full-time position

Location: Windhoek, Namibia

A well established lifestyle improvement company presents an opportunity to join their team in designing inspirational shopping experiences with beautiful lifestyle displays that showcase the latest design trends in flooring and bathroom ware for both the home and commercial market"

Duties include but not limited to:

• Achieve and / or exceed budgeted individual sales and contribution targets
• Provide and deliver exceptional customer service/experiences consistently
• Identify customer needs / requirements and advise accordingly
• Provide professional and sound product and application expertise to customers
• Assist with any duties elsewhere within branch as operationally required
• Adhere to all company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), branch directives and housekeeping standards
• Promote positive teamwork amongst sales team.

Requirements:

Grade 12 or equivalent

3 years active / interactive retail selling experience
