Global Load Control (a subsidiary of the Lufthansa German Airline Company) has job opportunities of German Customer Care Consultants (Call Centre work from home).
Start Date: 3 February 2025
Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12 Certificate and proficient level of Computer literacy
1 year Customer service experience
C1 level proficiency in German is required
Must have a conducive home office space
Namibian Citizen or a Permanent resident and/or have Domicile.
Fluent German speaking individuals who can also speak English fluently
Must have access to ground fibre with a minimum internet speed of 25Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload
Willing to do shift work in accordance with Namibian Labour Law
Key Functions (amongst others):
- Ensure prompt and efficient handling of incoming calls. Provide timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries and issues.
- Guarantee that work consistently meets high-quality standards, including Error Ratio, and established procedures.
- Identify opportunities for ongoing improvement in processes and procedures.
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of relevant markets, incl. Lufthansa and Star Alliance information.
- Handle flight reservation bookings, re-bookings, and re-routings efficiently and accurately.
- Provide customers with direct sales options and process transactions accurately.
- Deliver appropriate and relevant services to customers based on market and service requirements. Adhere rigorously to all relevant processes, rules and regulations, incl. data protection guidelines.
- Seek a complete understanding of client and customer requirements to provide accurate assistance.
