Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily schedules for field service teams.
• Ensure technicians arrive on time and complete work to the required standard.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding appointments, progress and service delivery.
• Coordinate water testing services for residential, agricultural and commercial customers.
• Monitor work completion and customer satisfaction.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and operational issues quickly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate administration and service records.
• Follow and enforce established operational procedures and service standards.
