Job Description

We are partnering with a leading organization to source an experienced Ingénieur IA Générative Expert. This position will focus on driving innovative AI solutions for various Proof of Concepts (POCs), pilots, and large-scale projects. The successful candidate will be the first team member in a Generative AI Center of Excellence, working on building foundational AI solutions. Key Responsibilities

Design and Development of Generative AI Solutions

• Collaborate with the solution architect to design and develop RAG-based chatbots using external data sources such as documents, FAQs, and APIs.
• Develop intelligent agents capable of performing tasks like searching, editing, and updating databases (e.g., Fabric, Postgres, CosmosDB, SQL) and interacting with other applications via APIs.
• Rapidly deploy and monitor AI models on Azure while optimizing their performance.
• Contribute to the Generative AI strategy and the establishment of governance frameworks and a Center of Excellence.

Data Quality and Governance

• Use Azure services (Azure AI Studio, Azure AI Services, Azure AI Search) to develop, test, and deploy AI solutions.
• Maintain and monitor Generative AI solutions on Azure, tracking performance using technical KPIs and cost optimization metrics.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education: Degree in computer science, data, or equivalent.
• Experience: 5 years in Python development with frameworks like LangChain, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with data exploration (Fabric, CosmosDB, SQL).
• Proven expertise in RAG solutions, including using structured and unstructured data for AI models.
• Experience developing autonomous AI agents capable of executing tasks based on defined strategies.
• Prompt engineering experience is essential for designing effective prompts for high-quality results with large language models (LLMs).

Nice to Have

• Experience with Dev(Sec)Ops, MLOps, Git, and Azure portal resource management.
• Knowledge of multi-agent systems (e.g., AUTOGPT, AUTOGEN).
• General data science skills in creating and managing ML models using AI/ML frameworks.
