Our technology client is seeking an ambitious AI Product Manager to lead the development of innovative AI-driven solutions that enhance user engagement and deliver measurable value. In this role, you'll bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, shaping the roadmap for groundbreaking AI products. Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and refine the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with company objectives and stakeholder priorities. 
  • Work with engineering and design teams to create user-centric features that deliver value, balancing technical feasibility with business impact. 
  • Conduct competitive research and analyse customer needs to ensure the product remains ahead of industry trends. 
  • Gather and synthesise feedback from pilot users, internal stakeholders, and partner organisations to refine and enhance the product. 
  • Act as the key interface between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and delivery. 
  • Oversee product launches, coordinating with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure successful rollouts. 
  • Define success metrics for product features, monitor performance post-launch, and iteratively improve the product based on data insights. 

What Were Looking For: 

  • Proven experience in product management, ideally within AI-powered platforms or SaaS. 
  • Strong technical understanding of APIs, machine learning workflows, and data pipelines. 
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, user story creation, and backlog grooming. 
  • Ability to leverage analytics and user data to inform product strategy and prioritisation. 
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with a user-first mindset. 
  • Bonus: Experience with launching AI-powered products or managing products in fast-paced environments.
