About the Role
As a Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in growing our membership base. Your primary responsibility will be recruiting new members for our exclusive professional networks. Through virtual consultations and meaningful conversations, youll engage with professionals and executives across Europe, helping them unlock the full potential of their careers. This role, internally titled "Network Advisor," will allow you to be at the heart of a vibrant and transformative business community.
Key Responsibilities
- Curate Connections: Identify professionals eager for valuable networking opportunities and initiate engaging conversations with them through virtual meetings or calls.
- Member Recruitment: Actively recruit professionals who will benefit from EGNs exclusive network by understanding their needs and matching them with relevant groups.
- Navigate Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, adapt to shifts in the business landscape, and adjust your recruitment approach accordingly.
- Impact Professional Journeys: By connecting professionals with the right network, you'll help them accelerate their careers and contribute to their personal and professional growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Networking Skills: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with business professionals.
- Sales Expertise: Experience in sales or business development, with a focus on relationship-building.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of the challenges faced by managers and specialists, and an ability to identify opportunities within those challenges.
- Languages: Native fluency in German and strong English communication skills are preferred.
- Salesforce Knowledge: Familiarity with Salesforce is beneficial but not required.
