Overview:

We are seeking a skilled HD Crane Mechanic to join their team in Grande Prairie, AB. As a Crane Mechanic, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our cranes. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your expertise and contribute to the success of our company.

Duties:

- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on our cranes

- Use power tools and hand tools to disassemble, assemble, and repair components

- Conduct electrical repairs and troubleshoot electrical systems

- Perform diagnostics using specialized equipment

- Maintain accurate records of all repairs and services performed

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow

- Demonstrate a high level of commitment to safety, to yourself and colleagues

- Must be self motivated, work well with minimum supervision

- Must be available 24/7 when on call

- Must be receptive to working with short notice for call outs and overtime

Qualifications:

- Journeyperson HD Mechanic ticket - with crane experience

- Proven experience with Tadano & Liebherr Cranes (AT/RT)

-Proven experience of at least 3 years in a similar role

- Strong knowledge of maintenance and repair techniques

- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools

- Familiarity with electrical systems and diagnostics

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

- Strong customer service skills

Experience:

-Crane maintenance: 3 years preferred

License/Certification:

-HD Journeyman Mechanic Ticket (required)

-Crane Certification in addition (required)

Pay: $40.00-$55.00 per hour
