Stakeholder Management: Forge strong relationships with investors, developers, partners, and the web3 community.

Fundraising & Financial Management: Secure funding to fuel our vision and allocate resources for sustainable growth.

Team Building & Leadership: Cultivate a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Product Oversight: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to keep the protocol ahead of industry trends.

Marketing & Public Relations: Be the face of the company, representing us at conferences and in media interactions.

Risk Management: Identify and address potential challenges to ensure smooth protocol operations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CEO or in a similar executive role, preferably in blockchain, web3, or technology sectors.
• Profound understanding of blockchain, web3 principles, and cross-chain interactions.
• Demonstrated ability to make and execute strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Successful track record in team leadership and building.
• Strong experience in fundraising and financial management.
