Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruitment Staff member to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in recruitment and must be proficient in both Spanish and English. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and assisting with the hiring process for various positions within our company. This is a work-from-home role, and the successful candidate will need to have their own PC, high-speed internet, and the necessary equipment to conduct professional video calls.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job ads, sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, and scheduling interviews.
  • Communicate with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
  • Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to meet staffing needs and contribute to recruitment strategies.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Provide support for any other HR-related tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or human resources.
  • Proficiency in both Spanish and English (oral and written).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a remote team environment.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
  • Must have your own personal computer (i3 and above), two monitors, a web camera, and a noise-cancelling headset.
  • Stable internet connection to support work and video calls.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
