Elevate Calls Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our CRM projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Software as a Service (SaaS) products, be skilled in requirement writing, and have proven expertise in the Atlassian Suite tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage CRM projects from inception through delivery, ensuring on-time and on-budget execution.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
* Write clear, actionable requirements that capture all expected functionalities of the application.
* Develop a plan to achieve the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and ensure that the team stays on track to meet this goal.
* Ensure the team has everything they need to complete their tasks, planning work in 2-week sprints and tracking progress.
* Proactively identify and resolve any blockers or issues that may impact the team's ability to meet deadlines.
* Organize and facilitate team meetings, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and stand-ups, ensuring efficient communication and problem resolution.
* Utilize Jira and Confluence for project tracking, documentation, and team collaboration.
* Continuously monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure adherence to company and client requirements.
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide regular project status updates.
Qualifications:
* Bachelors degree in a relevant field (Business, IT, Project Management).
* Minimum of 5 years of experience managing projects, preferably with CRM and SaaS products.
* Strong familiarity with the Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence).
* Experience leading teams using Agile methodologies, managing 2-week sprints, and delivering MVPs.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
