German IT Support Agent (w/ Relocation support)

We are looking for a dedicated and tech-savvy IT Support Agent to join our team in Barcelona. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional technical support to our users, ensuring that all IT systems and services operate smoothly. You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, providing solutions, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Take incoming user requests B2C (via telephone/email, log call details onto case management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA to customer)
• Solve requests/incidents that require a higher level of technical knowledge
• Support technical enquires and manage incidents of the clients product, car electrical chargers.
• Progress / close service requests to a satisfactory conclusion on call management system
• Proactively update customers with status and resolution progress
• Monitor / progress all open queries in queue
• Escalate potential service issues to appropriate level
• Ensure contractual SLA is maintained
• Respond to any reasonable task posed by the assigned manager
Achieve an excellent customer satisfaction level

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency in German and good level of English.
• Proven experience in a technical support role or help desk environment.
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
