About the job Unit Head, Premier Banking

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE

  • To grow and achieve High Net-worth Individual (HNI) customers’ Wealth AUM and new
  • Premier customer targets under the RHB Premier Centre
  • Provide and effective manage of the RHB Premier Centre as a one-stop Premie financial solutions to HNI customers
  • Strategic planning and execute all Premier business initiatives, organize/plan Premier sales activities to generate sales volume and ensuring the Bank’s Premier platform has a strong presence in the local market
  • Deliver excellence and quality of customer experience to maintain good rapport and loyalty of HNI customers

  • New Premier Customers Acquisition
  • Consumer Deposit – EOP growth
  • Safe Deposit Box (SDB) Target
  • Fee income – Banca & investment products (To be implemented)
  • Premier Campaign Target
  • Strategic partnership and number of client events
  • Customer complaint TAT
  • Audit, risk & compliance

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strategy & Planning
  • Develop, implement and manage the Premier banking’s sales and operations plans to achieve business target
  • Collaborate with branch managers, branch sales personnel and Head of Business Banking to drive and grow NTP customer acquisition, retention and satisfaction
Sales Management
  • Achieve sales & revenue targets by managing the business implementation of Premier Banking
  • Execute sales plans and allocation of sales targets with the team of Relationship Managers and monitor achievement of committed target
  • Lead, motivate, coach and develop the Relationship Managers on effective presentation, selling, financial planning, investment counselling and relationship building skills
  • Also in-charge of SDB’s sales target to ensure awareness and take up among Premier Customers and high value depositors.
  • Actively provide on-the-job training and people development of all staff
