About the job Technical Support Officer
INTRODUCTION
The incumbent is accountable for installs, configures, test operating systems, application software, virtualization, system maintenance tool customer infrastructure (Banking and MFI) and wide area networks to ensure network devices are at the latest or advanced stage of development, innovation and pioneering in cutting-edge network technology and monitoring the issue.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITY
- Set Up Window server, install VM (ESXi or Hyper-V) and configure Raid.
- Understand Basic Server (AD, File Server, User Permission, Exchange and Other)
- Understand hardware Sever and PC
- Understand Basic Network (configure router, connect cable Network, troubleshooting)
- Setup new window on computer
- Install software (Adobe design, reader, revert, Autocrat, MS office and Other)
- Monitor on firewall and Security (Kaspersky and another antivirus)
- Support customer (User Domain, Printer, Scan, User File Server, install software, troubleshooting and Other)
- Understand NAS (Set up new NAS, Create new user, User Permission Map Drive and Other)
- Support UPS
- Other tasks assign by direct supervisor.
QAULIFICATION-REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or relevant field.
- At least 1-year experience in IT support and fresh graduate are also encouraged to apply.
- Understanding of Windows and Linux client and server architectures.
- Experience with VMware vSphere 6+, LAN/WAN, virtualization, and containerization.
- Exceptional knowledge of networking technologies (OSI network layers, TCP/IP).
- Familiarity with administration, performance tuning, and system monitoring.
- Fluent in English both spoken and written is mandatory.
- Willing to learn, fast leaner, flexibility, self-motivate and “Can do” attitude.
- Be able to work with under pressure environment
