Job Responsibilities:
- Support electrical preventive maintenance all plant equipment’s both Cans and Ends.- Analyze machine downtime losses and take necessary corrective action plan to improve production efficiency.
- Identify potential failure mode and provide preventive action.
- Support electrical team in Trouble-Shooting and corrective & preventive action.
- Update and make available all drawing and PLC programs.
- Compile training guide and provide training to all electricians.
- Ensure safe working and good housekeeping practices through the implementation of the EH&S and HACCP programs Responsible for Environment, Health and Safety.
Job Requirements:
| - Minimum diploma in electrical or electronic engineering. - Five years working in a mass production environment. - Minimum five years experience’s in PLC, Panel view servo drive and SLC control system maintenance and troubleshooting. - Knowledge on Allen Bradley PLC, Panel view and SLC programming preferred. - Able to read and interpret electrical drawing. - Willing to work flexi hours and perform shift work. - Ability to work and good communicate at all levels of the organization. - Able to work as a team - Good written and spoken English. - Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. |
