About the job Accounting Supervisor

Responsibilities: 
  • Monitor cashiers in properly control POS, invoice issues to clients 
  • Manage petty cash, cash count, issue check
  • Control stock and monitor expense & revenues 
  • Monitor purchasing to verify proper quotation and price check with suppliers 
  • Record accounting transaction into system and do report regularly and verify with excel 
  • Report cash flow, bank reconcile, expense, AR, AP and advise for budget planning to management 
  • Report balance sheet and income statement
  • Monitor stock adjustment and closing entry 
  • Produce annual accounting report and closing entries 
Job Requirements: 

  • At least bachelore degree in accounting or equivalent 
  • 3-5 years experience in accounting from Restaruant & F&B sector 
  • Proficiency in Ms. Advance excel and accounting system like QuickBooks, Peachtree or similar 
  • Positive attitude, honest & reliable
