PRIMARY OBJECTIVE

  • Assist in reporting and review the monthly sale report from branches and business units
  • Ensure the reporting of sale figure are correct and up to date for management meeting and strategies
  • Monitoring the performance of the sales team
  • Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales
  • Prepare the compulsory reports i.e. NBC and regulatory report are update, on time submission, and accurate.
  • Present and report the strategies for sale attrition and campaign report/update for Management Committee monthly basis
  • Prepare and process the End Financing Paper for approval
  • Performing all duties of the sales manager in cases of absence or emergency
  • Ad hoc project

REQUIREMENTS (Qualification/Experience/Skills)

  • Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or related field is advantageous.
  • Proven experience in sales and customer service
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
