About the job Manager, Sales Management
PRIMARY OBJECTIVE
- Assist in reporting and review the monthly sale report from branches and business units
- Ensure the reporting of sale figure are correct and up to date for management meeting and strategies
- Monitoring the performance of the sales team
- Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales
- Prepare the compulsory reports i.e. NBC and regulatory report are update, on time submission, and accurate.
- Present and report the strategies for sale attrition and campaign report/update for Management Committee monthly basis
- Prepare and process the End Financing Paper for approval
- Performing all duties of the sales manager in cases of absence or emergency
- Ad hoc project
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

REQUIREMENTS (Qualification/Experience/Skills)
- Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or related field is advantageous.
- Proven experience in sales and customer service
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong management and leadership skills
- Effective communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
