Overall Purpose of the Role:

  • Retain and provide business solutions
  • Maintain/improve service quality through service agreed standard
  • Develop long term partnership with new and existing clients
  • Monitor P&L
  • Perform monthly site visit and meeting with clients
  • Monitor day to day operation and find solution to execute on time
  • Support in implementing of best practice in cleaning standard
  • To be able in managing multiple sites contract

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • A. Health & Safety Purpose:
  • Communicate regularly with staff through formal and informal channels on safety matters.
  • Take responsibility for ensuring that a safe system of work is produced and communicated to employees prior to the commencement of the work activity.
  • Take responsibility for ensuring that plant and equipment is maintained and fit for purpose.
  • Ensure that work activities are properly managed and supervised.


B. Main Duties & Responsibilities of the Role

1. Reporting
The Site Security Manager reports to Security Operation Manager.

2. Supervision
All Security Supervisors

3. Coordination
Coordinate with sales, marketing, and other teams and clients on job related matters.

4. Authority
He or she is authorized to:
(a) Check, monitor, evaluate, and follow up with Security Supervisors

5. Specific duties and job responsibilities
(a) Ensure smooth and continuous the operations of the services according to the company standard

(b) Handling all technical complaints on service related matter with clients
(c) Monitor, improve, and develop operations processes to ensure highest efficiency
(d) Ensure working procedures and standard are implemented
(e) Review contracts and make sure that service items are delivered to clients
(f) Prepare reports to Service Development Manager.
(g) Ensure materials are efficiently used and planned
(h) Other related activities assigned by Operation Manager


PERSON SPECIFICATIONS

EDUCATION:

University graduated.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Essential:

  • Male/Female from 30 years old
  • Bachelor degree in any fields or equivalent
  • Proficiency in MS Office: Excel, Word, Power point
  • Fluently in English: listening, speaking, reading and writing

  • Communication skills, spoken and written in English
  • Leadership skills
