About the job HR and Admin Officer

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor security attendance and other activities to be reported to HR Manager;
  2. Ensure plant CCTV is working properly and random check when require;
  3. Participate in Environment Health and Safety (EHS) Committee activities;
  4. Manage staff locker and office key;
  5. Manage general scrap to comply with the requirement of both government and plant;
  6. Maintain garden of the plant to make in good view;
  7. Recruit casual workers and control their attendance;
  8. Control employee attendance and reporting;
  9. Monitor plant infirmary, attendance, medicines;
  10. Manage plant canteen to ensure hygiene and proper food for employee;
  11. Conduct new hire orientation; and
  12. Perform other duties as per assigned by Manager.

Qualifications / Experience:

  1. Minimum 2 years experiences in Adm and HR, experience in manufacturing industry is an advantage;
  2. Certification in management or administration;
  3. Conscientious, highly motivated and good initiative;
  4. Commit to meet deadline project;
  5. Good interpersonal and communication; and
  6. Highly proficient in Microsoft applications.
