About the job HR and Admin Officer
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor security attendance and other activities to be reported to HR Manager;
- Ensure plant CCTV is working properly and random check when require;
- Participate in Environment Health and Safety (EHS) Committee activities;
- Manage staff locker and office key;
- Manage general scrap to comply with the requirement of both government and plant;
- Maintain garden of the plant to make in good view;
- Recruit casual workers and control their attendance;
- Control employee attendance and reporting;
- Monitor plant infirmary, attendance, medicines;
- Manage plant canteen to ensure hygiene and proper food for employee;
- Conduct new hire orientation; and
- Perform other duties as per assigned by Manager.
Qualifications / Experience:
- Minimum 2 years experiences in Adm and HR, experience in manufacturing industry is an advantage;
- Certification in management or administration;
- Conscientious, highly motivated and good initiative;
- Commit to meet deadline project;
- Good interpersonal and communication; and
- Highly proficient in Microsoft applications.
