Job Title: Head of Trustee Operations

Report to: General Manager of Trustee

Objective

To develop legal prospects, process, and workflow to entitle company to hold collaterals for foreigners by
establishing and operating systems to undertake operation of Trustee business included, commercial
Trusts, Social Trusts, Individual Trusts, and Trustee for Collective Investment Schemes (CIS).

Roles and Responsibilities

• Receiving of customers and completion of account opening forms
• Completion of Agreements between Trustee Company and Customers
• Facilitating the process of ownership transfer with panel lawyer / cadastral office
• Safe-keeping records of Customers details of assets held under Trust
• Ensuring the effective of monitoring transactions and maintaining client relationship to ensure the
• quality service are provided
• Working closely with legal team to main up-to-date and procedures in alignment with local
• regulations and requirements

Requirements

a) Bachelor or Master Degree
b) 5-8 year experiences in trustee
c) Legal background
d) English and Chinese speaking
e) Attention to details
