About the job Property Management Officer
PRIMARY OBJECTIVE
- Observe and ensure high quality preventive and routine maintenance work of among others, the electrical, air conditioning, fire protection and lift systems are being carried out efficiently and effectively.
- Monitor buildings tenancies and tenancy agreements.
- Display teamwork and work closely with other colleagues at all times.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure high quality preventive and routine maintenance work of among others, the electrical, air conditioning, fire protection and lift systems are being carried out efficiently and effectively.
- Responsible for the overall Facilities management which includes ensuring the buildings cleanliness, Stationary control, housekeeping, attending to tenants and ensuring that all items such as lighting, furniture and other fittings are in good order.
- Manage the development & implementation of sourcing strategies in relation to property and Contract negotiation toward stated goals.
- To Manage and control all bank Physical Assets, Tagging & Reconciliation Fixed Asset, Disposal of Assets.
- To Manage and control all related payment with Admin and Property and Managements
- To attend to building emergencies as and when they arise during and after office hours.
- To take immediate action in attending to breakdowns as soon as they are received.
- To minimize the total down time and to ensure smooth running of operation, repairing and any other failures.
- To assist in marketing communication support including buildings signage design and installation, bank promotion material administration and advertisement coordination.
- Display teamwork and work closely with other colleagues at all times.
- To carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the Management from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS (Qualification/Experience/Skills)
Formal Education:
Degree or Diploma holder with 2-3 years bank / financial industry or related working experience in Building Management Firms.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Preferred level of Experience (by years/function/industry):
- Knowledge in overall Admin & Property Management/support including system, infrastructure, and equipment in depth understanding property design/architecture related maintenance works.
- Business oriented planning & organization skill
- Analytical, problem solving & decision making skill
- Public relation, presentation & negotiation skill.
