PRIMARY OBJECTIVE

  • Procure new business through customer acquisition and manage relationships with existing customers
  • Provide sound financial advice and dispensing customized solutions in alignment with the bank’s standards and industry regulations
  • Deliver client satisfaction through tailored solutions according to client objectives and service issue resolution
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly/yearly targets of deposits
  • Cross-sell financial products
  • Build strong relationships with prospective clients

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs)

  • Financial and operational plans with strategic business objectives
  • New business proposals, transactions and financial trends, concepts, principles and regulations to determine actual and/or potential effects on the business entity
  • Growth of primary deposits, depository client services, treasury, cash management services and sales, small businesses, mortgages, private banking profitability, and superior customer service

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Promote and professionally sell a wide range of retail products to existing and potential customers, engage in cross selling of other RHB’s products based on customer needs.
  • Achieve individual sales targets and continue towards the achievement of the branch targets.
  • Acquire and forge relationships with mass affluent customers with the objective of generating revenue.
  • Prepare and pro-actively execute sales plans for prospective customers, using internal marketing as well as self-generated leads.
  • Set appointments, carryout sales call visits where necessary, prospecting and early engagement with new to bank customers.
  • Maintain regular contact with existing customers to develop relationship.

REQUIREMENTS (Qualification/Experience/Skills)

  • Formal Education: Degree in finance, marketing, business or related field of study

  • Pleasant personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive team player but able to work indecently.
  • Has experience in sales environment.
