About the Company:

• Established in 2023, Essential Electronics is a new and upcoming electrical appliances distribution with showroom located in Phnom Penh.
• Essential Electronics carries multiple brands such as Toshiba, Samsung, LG and many other home appliances brands and plans to distribute Toshiba TVs nationwide.

Job Description

We are looking for sales driven and aggressive candidate. The successful candidate should have a ready network of dealer / sales points available with good reputation and able to aggressively drive the sales.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Drive sales, distribution of Toshiba TVs nationwide.
• Develop and manage dealers, as well as maintain good relationship with dealers.
• Able to identify & analyze sales data to ensure correct SKUs are stocked and re-ordered.
• Work with management to ensure sales achieve targets.
• Able to work creatively.
• Locate and define new product trends and sales opportunities.
• Manage downlines or subordinates to ensure targets are achieved.

Skills and Requirement

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales & distribution in home appliances.
• Good knowledge of the home appliances sector with wide dealer network.
• Demonstrate solid leadership and sales skills
• Excellent planning and organisational skills.
• Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings.
