Job Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and examine all technical works and site management.
  • Evaluates the costs within a specific time frame (BOQ).
  • Manage workers daily performance and solve the problem at Site.
  • Assist project manager and site manager in implementing project.
  • Manage materials and work force in daily operation.
  • Check works in compliance with drawing and meet standard.
  • Check & Revise/Detail/Shop drawing for all technical work.
  • Responsible for monthly progress report and progress evaluation claim.
  • Monitoring daily on the contractor/sub‐contractors work.
  • Ensure work quality of construction and in accordance with time lines of the project.
  • Advise, coordinate and review on the concept, schematic and detail designs related to Architectural, Structural & Civil, Mechanical and Electrical, and Interior Design.
  • Coordinate, review and integrate all detail design drawings for construction.
  • Clarify queries regarding drawing details and issue additional drawings or details where necessary to explain the design.
  • Attend project meeting with the OCIC's Project Committee based on weekly/monthly basis and prepare and distribute project meeting minutes and correspondences to all concerned parties.
  • Time management and construction schedule report.
  • Carry out auditing process, verifying the compliance of policies and procedure of the firms operations.
  • Good teamwork and problem-solving skill.

Job Requirement:

  • A bachelor's Degree in electrical or mechanical construction / project management, engineering or qualified in a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-year experience in building design and/or facility management of large complex projects.
  • Must have strong Mechanical Engineering skills in the area of Electrical and Plumbing
  • Witnessing of all MEP system testing and performance of all systems and installations
  • Experience in providing performance testing of all systems.
  • Requires an ability to work on projects from concept stage through construction, project close out.
  • Computer proficiency within MS Office (Word, Excel, and Project) and AutoCAD.
  • Able to work independently and accept responsibility.
  • Hard working and be able to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skill in Khmer and/or English.
  • Willing to travel and work in provinces.
