Manager, IT Project Management

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop project charter, scope, and objective involving relevant stakeholders and ensure technical feasibility
• Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track the issues during development
• Facilitate business process analysis and business requirement gathering and documentation
• Train, monitor, and support scrum teams to follow agile values, principles, and practices
• Diagram basis workflows from business requirements to ensure project design and specification to provide reliable project blueprint and implementation
• Use agile methodology values, participles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions
• Schedule and facilitate scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes
• Address, prioritize and escalate tasks as required
• Monitor progress and performance and help team to make the improvements
• Define procedures, processes, and reports to allow the smooth functioning for delivering multiple projects
• Coordinate the delivery of services among different activities to increase effectiveness and efficiency
• Report and present the project status to stakeholders

Job Requirements: 

• Bachelors Degree in Information Technology or equivalent in related field
• At least 3 years of experiences in Software Development and at least 2 years in Project Management
• Be pro-active and an initiator
• Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum/Kanban to deliver solutions.
• Leadership and management experience
• Excellent people and project management skills.
• Good knowledge and practice on software development
• Good presentation and communication skill, both spoken and written in English and Khmer
• Good facilitation skills a cross stakeholder team
• Good time management skills and ability to multitask
• Experience working with NBC and other 3rd party partners
