FRESH GRADUATE PROGRAM 2022 INFORMATION:

1. BENEFITS:

• Get a chance to STUDY ABROAD in 1 year
• Gross salary - $500 per month and 13 months a year
• Be provided a professional training program, be coached & mentored by experts and leaders
• Be provided full accommodation & meals and air ticket for home visit (twice a year)
• Become a senior staff after 2.5 years

2. REQUIREMENTS:

• University graduate students
• Less than 2-year working experience
• GPA - 2.5/4.0 or above
• Good at English communication
• Passionate in fashion and garment industry

3. TARGETED FUNCTIONS:

Production Department (PDN): Engineer, Industrial System Engineering, Industrial Management, Textile & Garment, Mechanics, Automation, Chemical, Logistics & Supply Chain Management and open for other majors.

Main responsibilities:

• Manage production lines
• Build the effective production lines
• Make a plan to meet the production KPIs
• Propose a plan to improve quality and performance, etc

Industrial Engineering Department (IED): Engineer, Industrial System Engineering, Industrial Management, Textile & Garment, Mechanics, Automation, Chemical, Logistics & Supply Chain Management and open for other majors.

Main responsibilities:

• Improve operating efficiency and machinery equipment
• Find solutions to optimize mass production lines
• Develop technology processes to save production costs and improve efficiency
• Manage projects related to technology improvement and process, etc

4. RECRUITMENT PROCESS:

• Round 1: CV scanning 
• Round 2: Colour blind test 
• Round 3: Face-to-face interview at Paragon International University 
• Round 4: Online assessment (Aug 2022)
• Onboarding (Sep 2022)
