About the job Social Media Officer

The Social Media Officer will be responsible in coordinating the Shift 360 Digital Marketing & Communications strategy by planning, helping create content messaging, publishing content on the Foundation’s website and social media pages.

Responsibilities:

  • Working knowledge graphic software ability design materials print posting.
  • Good knowledge website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics etc.)
  • Good understanding WordPress, SEO tactics, Hootsuite.
  • Promote company via Facebook page other social media.
  • Delivering successful integrated digital marketing campaigns concept executions
  • Up to date the latest trends best practices online marketing measurement.
  • Collaborate with external marketing firms in marketing strategies.
  • Coordinating with managing SEO, social media digital marketing campaigns.
  • Highly creative experience identifying target audiences devising digital campaigns that engage, inform motivate.
  • Assist management to plan and develop digital marketing strategy.
Qualifications
  • Graduated Business Administration, Marketing, other fields
  • Have good knowledge Microsoft Office Suite, infographics, media platforms.
  • Have strong knowledge, experience understanding the local NGO and Associations community.
  • Project management experience preferred.
  • Be able work under pressure different environments.
  • Be initiative, creative, challenging, responsive, industrious, and honest.
  • Have strong knowledge, experience understanding the local NGO and Associations community.
  • At least 2 years’ experience Marketing and Media and/or related.
  • Have very strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Have command both spoken written Khmer & English.
  • Be attentive, proactive, diligent able work a team setting.
