Position: Portfolio Manager, Premier Banking
Focus on strategies and proposed new campaign to boost sale
- Design and implement customer campaigns that would appeal to the Premier Banking segment, in line with the Banks customer acquisition and retention strategies.
- Collaborate with other RHB Premier regional lounges to extend their products and services to RHB Cambodias Premier customers.
- Identify areas of opportunities within the Banks customer base using data analysis tools to initiate upselling and product bundling propositions, as part of portfolio management.
- Regularly conducts competitor scanning and initiates ideas to value-add to our product portfolio, with a particular focus on growing Premier deposits.
- Identify market trends and customer preferences for the high-network segment, by working closely with the Partnerships Manager to introduce exclusive privileges for RHB Premier customers.
- Collaborate with Marcomm team to increase awareness levels of our Premier Banking benefits and privileges using relevant and effective channels of communication.
- Tracking of campaign performance to measure success rate for post-mortem analysis and reporting to management.
- Attend to ad-hoc assignments from time to time.
