Job Responsibilities: 

  • Leading audit team to perform operational audit to achieve both quantity and quality
  • Monitor and manage the annual plan under the assigned responsibility with effectiveness and efficiency
  • Assess and determine the high-risk area to address in audit planning
  • Manage and maintain audit quality through reviewing, walkthrough, and spot-checking of the audit activity
  • with advice and comments for improvement
  • Prepare, create, and update audit documents to align with Banks business and technology changes
  • Immediate discussion with line management for advice and action on significant findings that critical impact
  • on the Bank to mitigate risk promptly
  • Initiate/innovate an automated template to use big data to perform a risk analysis
  • Support the team on the audit knowledge to ensure the audit process; control; scope and technic are
  • adequate through coaching, refreshing, and training
  • Review and propose updated audit documents as needed to bring for discussion with HIA
  • Provide internal/external training to staff and ensure they are staying up to date on the development and
  • change
  • Follow up on the action item of correction on specific issues with the auditee regarding the timeframe date
  • Audit program/working paper and other supporting documents are fully completed information and stored

Job Requirements:

  • Experiences of at least 3 years in a leadership role in the audit or related fields
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Banking/Economics/Business or MBA, ACCA/CIA/CAT is more

  • Additional knowledge in Advance Excel, Access, VBA, or IT/MIS is a priority
  • Good English writing and reading are highly expected and appreciated
