Job Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning & Implementation (20%) (Developing strategic and operational plans for the work group, managing execution, and measuring results.)
- Managing information technology and computer systems
Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations - Manage annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness
- Preparing IT annual operating plan
- Preparing IT business review for quarter meeting with regional group and Asia Pacific team
2. Operation Management (20%) (Managing & monitoring daily operations in the department according to defined systems/ procedures)
- Manage IT staff such as recruiting, coaching and determining job expectations
- Communicate with various business departments for technical related
- Design, develop, implement, and coordinate systems, policies, and procedures
- Ensure regular update of critical security/patch for core system
- Preventing and monitoring approach for cyber security threat and vulnerability
3. Business Development (10%) (Exploring & developing new business/ products/ brands)
- Design, develop, implement, and support for new functionalities as per business requirement
- Initiate new system implementation to improve internal workflow and efficiency of business operation
- Reviews and analyzes existing applications effectiveness and efficiency and develops strategies for improving or leveraging these systems applications. Think of ways that software can be applied to make the business more efficient and successful.
4. Business Partnerships (10%) (Providing functional expertise and executing functional responsibility to other stakeholders & partners)
- Ensure IT compliance with Group Standard and execute the procedure of system operations
- Ensure global licensee framework compliance follow the mandatory domain standard and guideline from regional office
- Align with regional solutions and implementation
- Manage service vendor performance and determine service level and KPI
5. Customer Service (10%) (Providing service to external customers)
- Periodically review and enhance customer related touch points to provide updated and user-friendly solution as per market trend
- Cross function approach to uplift digital system implementation to provide good experience to customer in terms of Starbucks rewards program and digital delivery
6. Project/ Event Management (10%) (Planning, organizing, delivering & controlling projects/ events with start & end dates)
- Proper arrange and plan on the new change request on system which requested by users
- IT project management and coordination
- IT resource planning for upcoming projects
- Define clear procedure for delivering new project on time as the pre-defined target date
7. Staff Supervision & Development (10%) (Providing partners with coaching, feedback, and developmental opportunities and building effective teams)
- Provide training and coaching on systems operations and processes for all computer users
- Long term vision plan for IT division
- Organization structure planning for team expanding vision to support business growth
- Define clear objectives to prepare for IT team development
8. Administration & Operational Tasks It Audits & Compliance
- Responsible for the documentation update and procurement compliance.
- IT governance preparation
- IT policy preparation
- Will be responsible for the completion of monthly, quarterly and semi-annual IT reviews for the sites and remediating any resulting issues.
- The position also provides support for internal and external audits
9. Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum Supervisory Experience: 4 years
- Proven working experience as an IT manager or relevant experience
- Solid knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems and application
- Experience in ERP system family like Dynamics AX or SAP
- Excellent knowledge of Project Management, technical management, information analysis and computer systems (Microsoft Dynamics AX - 2012/D365, CRM, POS, CRM, Mobile APP)
- Solid experience on IT infrastructure implementation
- Experience on IT governance and security standard compliant e.g., ISO 27001
- Solid experience on IT project management
- Expertise in data center management and data governance
- Experience with computer networks, network administration and network security
- Ability to manage personnel
- BS in Computer Science, MIS or similar field
