Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct user research to understand customer needs, pain points, and expectations within the digital banking landscape.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive insights to identify opportunities for new features and product improvements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders (product managers, developers, marketers) to define product roadmaps and prioritize features.
  • Design and prototype user interfaces and user experiences, ensuring smooth and intuitive workflows for all digital banking products.
  • Develop design systems and branding guidelines for consistent presentation across platforms.
  • Test and iterate on designs through user testing and data analysis to ensure optimal user experience.
  • Proactively advocate for user-centered design principles within the organization.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in fintech and digital banking.
  • Develop and present compelling communication materials to stakeholders and colleagues.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a product designer, with a strong focus on digital banking or financial services (a plus).
  • Proven track record of successfully designing and launching digital products.
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design methodologies and best practices.
  • Strong UI/UX design skills, with proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
  • Excellent research and analytical skills.
  • Ability to translate complex data and insights into actionable design solutions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
