We are looking for a self-driven and ambitious Executive Secretary to join our team! As an Executive Secretary, she would support the company through a variety of tasks related to organization, sales and communication.

The admin job scope includes communicating via phone, WhatsApp, telegram and email ensuring that all administrative duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.

The work is contract based and will last 1 to 4 months depending on the success of the project - part time 10 - 15 hrs per week.

Seeking attractive female in mid-twenties who is comfortable around senior political officials and high profile business men with preferred previous sales, admin, political, cold calling experience.

Executive Secretary job description should do the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments, and follow up in person with companies whose meetings need to be confirmed
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Khmer
  • Find prospects and leads
  • Learn details about client's /prospects products and services
  • Understand all the prospects needs, problems or wants
  • Explain how our solutions align with their pain points
  • Identify buyer persona profiles
  • Track and monitor your work
  • Prepare and present reports when needed
  • Attend PR events and conferences to find clients and follow up with existing clients
  • Good time-management skills

  • Maintain and develop contact lists
  • Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, emails and forms
