About the job Sales Manager

A. Business development

  • To actively participate in networking opportunities in business community acting as the primary representative of PCS.
  •  To identify prospects and opportunities within business community for the provision of services to customers businesses.
  • To provide a prospect action plans with financial target. 
  • To make initial contact, present PCS services and facilitate communications between client prospects and PCS.
  • To provide support in negotiating proposals with new customers.
  • To evaluate, prepare and negotiate contract renewal.
  • To support actively on cash collection
  • To report timely any important information, weekly sales report and contract and contacts database

B. Management

  • To liaise functionally with other department heads for coordination on strategy and handover of prospects.
  • To provide support to marketing to develop such as market communications, presentations, brochures etc

C. Ongoing specific projects key account

  • Continue to after sales service and clients relationship
  • To develop the expansion of the scope of services.

D. Project follow-up

  • Define client needs and convert them into service requirements and solutions.
  • Assess interest of prospect leads compared to priorities of the sale strategy.
    Conduct surveys together with concerned operation team and follow-up proposal preparation.

E. Others

  • To undertake assignment as instructed by immediate superior or the General Manager

EDUCATION:

University graduate is ideal but not utmost important

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Essential:

  • Female /Male
  • Proficiency in MS Office: Excel, Word, Power point
  • Fluently in English: listening, speaking, reading and writing
  • Good Experience in Sales, at prospecting projects and closing of sales

  • Good in communication and negotiation o Strong interest in service industry
  • Well-job-organized and Achievement
