Job Summary and Mission

This role supports Starbucks success by aiding the Channel Development Manager in developing and managing Starbucks loyalty programs and third-party digital promotional campaigns in Cambodia. The goal is to drive growth and enhance the Starbucks brand. The candidate will collaborate closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of all loyalty programs and digital campaigns.

Job Description

Responsibilities and essential functions include but are not limited to:

  • Overseeing loyalty programs and third-party digital promotional campaigns, ensuring key business objectives are met.
  • Collaborating with regional teams and international vendors on the development of loyalty programs and digital platforms, including campaign briefing, planning, and launching.
  • Planning and developing a calendar of activities and events for loyalty programs to meet predefined objectives.
  • Executing day-to-day operations of loyalty programs and digital platforms, including mobile app communications and email marketing activities, to drive business growth. This includes data analysis to generate actionable insights, setting up, testing, executing, reporting, and optimizing promotional and marketing campaigns.
  • Assisting the Channel Development Manager in managing CRM and CMS systems, web portals, third-party digital platforms, and content flow to continuously improve user experience.
  • Supporting internal teams (customer service and operations) with daily inquiries related to loyalty programs and third-party digital platform functions.
  • Conducting internal training for teams, especially operations, on loyalty programs and digital platforms, systems, and processes to ensure smooth rollouts.
  • Managing trackers and campaign performance reports locally and regionally on a weekly and monthly basis, including pre-, during, and post-campaign analysis.
  • Regularly reviewing and updating on competitors loyalty programs and digital promotional campaigns, proposing proactive initiatives to the management team.
  • Performing other tasks as assigned by the superior.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Business or equivalent, preferably in marketing or business intelligence.
  • 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, brand management, and business intelligence in a retail or packaged goods environment.
  • Strong data analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Clear and concise communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Strong time management and project management skills.
  • Resourcefulness and creativity in problem-solving.
