Location: Digital Banking Department, Head Office

Job Responsibilities:

  • Do extensive research into our current activities, competitors, oversea bank case study, and with our customers to understand our persona's better, their buying habits, and turn those insights into tests to optimize executed campaign
  • Improve the performance of our acquisition campaigns with Digital Marketing - Develop and execute a customer acquisition strategy and aggressive plan metrics designed to meet company target
  • Improve the conversion rates for our prospects - from lead to trial and from trial to paid. Initiate and propose any user experience enhancement to identify friction points and roll out improvements.
  • Improve customer experience to reduce churn and increase Life Time Value (LTV)
  • Keep track and report back on Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), LTV, campaign performance, etc.

Job Requirements:

  • 2-3 years growth marketing experience for a high growth B2B or B2C
  • Solid user of analytics tools - could be Google Analytics, Segment etc.
  • Experience in A/B testing
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work with diverse teams
  • Experience banking process not limited to IT, Digital Product, Financial Process, and Non-Financial Process
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken) to demonstrate clear interpretation and presentation
  • Able to establish and maintain effective and collaborative working relationships.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure with a high-energy and proactive style.
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Experience with Banking products is a plus
