Categories of Accountabilities:
Strategic Planning & Implementation
(Developing strategic and operational plans for the work group, managing execution, and measuring results.)
KEY Accountabilities:
- Business analysis and logic design plan to ease user functionality.
 - Project management and action plan
 - Work with supplier, and service contractors to ensure service quality.
 - Support and ensure all IT equipment setup for new store are readiness and deployed and installed on the project timeline.
 - Training to the staff and project hand-over and service after hand-over.
 
Operation Management
(Managing & monitoring daily operations in the department according to defined systems/ procedures)
- Maintain and setup mit POS system both software and hardware.
 - Maintain internet connection, ELV system, CCTV system, and Wi-Fi managed system.
 - Maintain network connectivity, computers client and servers, and printing system.
 - Maintain MONP system both software and hardware.
 
Business Development
(Exploring & developing new business/ products/ brands)
- Design/develop new system logic on functionality.
 - New service integration with business partners such banks and/or payment gateway.
 - RPA and automation design and implementation.
 
Business Partnerships
(Providing functional expertise and executing functional responsibilities to other stakeholders & partners
- Implement and support new change request development and coordinate with all stakeholders.
 - Primary contact on IT operation and store solution platform for service contractor and facilitate system enhancement/requirement with local/oversea vendor
 
Customer Service
(Providing service to internal customers)
- Provide functional service support to core users on IT operation and store solution system platform.
 - Troubleshoot functional issues with proper guidelines and documentation.
 - Establishment the functional document and business requirement gathering.
 
Project/ Event Management
(Planning, organizing, delivering & controlling projects/ events with start & end dates)
- Coordinate between business owner and service contractor on IT operation and store solution system project.
 - Manage resource planning, scope of work defining and budgeting for IT operation and store system solution development milestone.
 - Manage the IT solution buy-in plan for operational business support.
 
Staff Supervision & Development
(Providing partners with coaching, feedback, and developmental opportunities and building effective teams)
- Provide training and solutions to business users.
 - Coach, develop and lead the team to increase service support level agreement.
 - Allocate resources, training plan, and team development milestone.
 - To research, to explore, and to share for self-development and team development.
 
Administration & Operational Tasks
- Manage documentation of IT operation support and store solution platform in proper manner for each specific revised version
 - System logic/flow diagram and application module must be well maintained
 
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum Relevant Work Experience (Yrs):
- 5 yrs in development, customization, operation, and hands-on experience in IT system setup and store system setup (POS system, integration system, ELV/CCTV
 
Minimum Supervisory Experience (Yrs):
- 3 years
