About Us:
Join our esteemed International F&B brand (MX Caterers (Cambodia) Co., LTD.), renowned for its authentic cuisine and exceptional dining experience. We are seeking a creative and strategic Assistant Marketing Manager to enhance our brand presence and drive customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with our brands vision.
 - Manage and execute promotional campaigns across various channels, including social media, digital marketing, traditional advertising, and food delivery platforms.
 - Analyse market trends and customer feedback to recommend adjustments to marketing strategies and campaigns.
 - Coordinate with the Operation team to promote seasonal menus, promotions and special events.
 - Oversee the concepting and developing of marketing materials, ensuring they meet brand standards and communicate our message effectively.
 - Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing and promotional campaigns, providing analytical insights and recommendations for improvement.
 - Assist in the planning and managing the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.
 - Stay abreast of the latest developments in the food and beverage industry and emerging technologies, particularly in Japanese cuisine, to identify new marketing opportunities.
 
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
 - At least 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the Advertising or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods industry.
 - Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices, including digital marketing.
 - Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to make informed decisions.
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment of multinational languages and cultures.
 - Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
 - Proficient in using marketing software and social media platforms.
 - Familiarity with the latest marketing technologies and trends
 - Creative thinker with a passion for food and an appreciation for Japanese culture.
 - Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
