Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with our brands vision.
  • Manage and execute promotional campaigns across various channels, including social media, digital marketing, traditional advertising, and food delivery platforms.
  • Analyse market trends and customer feedback to recommend adjustments to marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Coordinate with the Operation team to promote seasonal menus, promotions and special events.
  • Oversee the concepting and developing of marketing materials, ensuring they meet brand standards and communicate our message effectively.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing and promotional campaigns, providing analytical insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist in the planning and managing the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.
  • Stay abreast of the latest developments in the food and beverage industry and emerging technologies, particularly in Japanese cuisine, to identify new marketing opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the Advertising or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods industry.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices, including digital marketing.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment of multinational languages and cultures.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using marketing software and social media platforms.
  • Familiarity with the latest marketing technologies and trends
  • Creative thinker with a passion for food and an appreciation for Japanese culture.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
