KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the alternate sales chanel team which focus on bringing sales for mortgage loan and other retail banking service
  • Promote and professionally sell a wide range of retail products to existing and potential customers, engage in cross selling of other RHBs products based on customer needs.
  • Achieve individual sales targets and continue towards the achievement of the Unit targets.
  • Acquire and forge relationships with mass affluent customers with the objective of generating revenue.
  • Prepare and pro-actively execute sales plans for prospective customers, using internal marketing as well as self-generated leads.
  • Set appointments, carryout sales call visits where necessary, prospecting and early engagement with new to bank customers.
  • Maintain regular contact with existing customers to develop relationship.

REQUIREMENTS (Qualification/Experience/Skills)

Preferred level of Experience (by years/function/industry):

  • Master Degree in Business Related or any relevant.
  • At least 3 years experience in leading team in Commercial bank
  • Able to lead team and motivate team to reach target
  • Coaching skill
  • Pleasant personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive team player but able to work indecently.
  • Has experience in sales environment.
  • Enthusiastic towards achievement of targets
