  About the job Unit Head, Retail and Mortgage
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the alternate sales channel team which focus on bringing sales for mortgage loan and other retail banking service
 - Promote and professionally sell a wide range of retail products to existing and potential customers, engage in cross selling of other RHBs products based on customer needs.
 - Achieve individual sales targets and continue towards the achievement of the Unit targets.
 - Acquire and forge relationships with mass affluent customers with the objective of generating revenue.
 - Prepare and pro-actively execute sales plans for prospective customers, using internal marketing as well as self-generated leads.
 - Set appointments, carryout sales call visits where necessary, prospecting and early engagement with new to bank customers.
 - Maintain regular contact with existing customers to develop relationship.
 
REQUIREMENTS (Qualification/Experience/Skills)
Preferred level of Experience (by years/function/industry):
- Master Degree in Business Related or any relevant.
 - At least 3 years experience in leading team in Commercial bank
 - Able to lead team and motivate team to reach target
 - Coaching skill
 - Pleasant personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 - Proactive team player but able to work indecently.
 - Has experience in sales environment.
 - Enthusiastic towards achievement of targets
