Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that the team works collaboratively within the operations and across the whole organization and involves the ATM Core team to implement ATM and other payments platform projects
  • Manage, monitor, and report ATM and other e-channels' availability and stability
  • Daily operation support, including user management (user creation, editing, and deletion), technical support, reporting, EOD, and import or export of file
  • Implement configuration and parameter setting in CMS and Terminal
  • Manage and control ATM and other e-channels standard security, policy, procedures, and guidelines to ensure ongoing platform security maintenance
  • Work with core banking team for report consolidation, process flow, and troubleshoots support
  • Work with the DBA team to upgrade and test switching systems as required from software vendors to ensure that software is up to date with security compliance
  • Work with the business department to develop products, reports, testing, and other services with ongoing business requirements
  • Work with CMS vendor to test new products and fix the issue
  • Gain internal and external teams commitment to resolve the problems and tackle the root cause
  • Develop and amend user manual/internal process of ATM/POS and other e-channels
  • Coordination with business department response to ATM compliant, security, issue and other services related
  • Ensure ATM service management standards are met with service management processes are followed
  • Work with the risk department to manage disaster recovery and business continuity plan to ensure compliance with all systems and alignment with ongoing business requirements
  • Develop the report to support all existing systems (Backend and Frontend)
  • On-time support troubleshooting on reports and related in-house systems
  • Provide leadership, direction, or support for subordinates, both direct and indirect, based on their commitment and competency
  • Provide time to coach subordinates to ensure the establishment and attainment of their development goals

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent
  • At least 5 years in relevant work/management experience with payment brands and core banking system/ host-switch
  • Good knowledge/experience of card product, ATM and CSS management
  • Coding skills (VB, DOS batch files, Microsoft Windows scripting, XML, AutoIT, PL/SQL)
  • Hardware skills (PC and preferably ATMs if possible with knowledge or history of working with electro-mechanical devices)
  • Operating Systems: Microsoft Windows Experience in writing procedures, manuals, and drafting reports
  • Basic knowledge of system software infrastructure
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Working knowledge of software distribution and installation/support, hardware infrastructure
  • Basic knowledge of application delivery, including release management, computer operations
  • Knowledge of the message process flow of the transaction from ATM/POS
  • Knowledge of HSM
