Pastry & Bakery Instructor

Requirements: 

• A high degree of technical, practical and culinary knowledge in Pastry and Bakery
• The ability to relay information in a manner that provides a positive learning experience and instils a passion for the profession
• Certified Pastry and Bakery Chef experience, with culinary teaching background in a Culinary Academic Institution / High level of service hotel /
• Trackable record of Pastry and Bakery experience in the industry
• Minimum 6 years relevant professional experience
• Energetic, enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to take on new challenges
• Comfortable in being part of a team responsible for establishing a new educational institution
• Ms Office, Online-teaching
• English: Proficient ILETS 7 / C1
