Officer, Digital Product

Job Responsibilities:

• Support on requirement gathering and engage stakeholders to achieve companys overall digital banking strategy and roadmap
• Review existing internal business processes and identify areas of improvement
• Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track the issues during transformation
• Proactively assist with the development of new fit-for-purpose digital solutions to improve operational efficiency and improve service level
• Actively adapt the digital tools and conduct training to relevant departments within the organization
• Keep up-to-date with digital trends and best practices
• Develop in-house digital capabilities to help the company maximize returns
• Conduct product testing after launch

Job Requirements:

• Experience banking processes and digital wallet not limited to Digital Product, Financial Process, and Non-Financial Process
• Good communication skills (both written and spoken) to demonstrate clear interpretation and presentation
• Able to establish and maintain effective and collaborative working relationships.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure with a high-energy and proactive style.
• Good negotiation skills
• Experience in scrum is a plus

• Experience in A/B testing is a plus
