Officer, Research and Development

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct the research (offline and online data) and propose innovative solutions to technical problems and digital product
• Support on prototype testing of new solutions to improve existing and new products
• Benchmark potential products in the market
• Conduct thorough exploration and test to improve the user experience and re-usability
• Identify new technology trend to stay at the forefront of relevant scientific and technology areas to improve existing and new project (Mobile & Web Application, etc.)
• Support post-launch insights and analytics (customer satisfaction)

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Information Technology or equivalent in related field
• At least 1 year of experience in Software Development, Research and Development
• Experience with A/B Testing
• Comprehensive knowledge of current standards and practices in software development
• Good communication skills
• Ability to rapidly acquire new skills and to work with new tools and technologies with detailed documentation or support
• Basic background/strong interest in information technologies, project management, and business analysis

• Experience with Scrum framework is a plus
