About the job Manager, Customer Experience

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the creative thinking, customer behavior and engagement analysis (offline and online data), and good judgment to propose innovative products/services
- Lead research and development (R&D) team to conduct research and gather updated market opportunity to initiate and improve products
- Closely work with digital marketing team and agencies to run the campaign to acquire new customer retain existing customers and improve the current products
- Produce and test prototype implementations of new solutions to improve existing and new project
- Identify the application that can be potential in the market
- Evaluate technology through activities such as program trials, lab tests, and user tests to determine its re-usability, suitability and effectiveness
- Identify and follow up opportunities for learning and development to ensure the skillset meets evolving requirements
- Identify new technology trend to stay at the forefront of relevant scientific and technology areas to improve existing and new project (Mobile & Web Application, etc.)
- Conduct post-launch insights and analytics (customer satisfaction)
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Information Technology or equivalent in related field
- At least 3 year of experience in Software Development
- Experience with A/B Testing
- Comprehensive knowledge of current standards and practices in software development
- Good communication skills
- Ability to rapidly acquire new skills and to work with new tools and technologies with detailed documentation or support
- Basic background/strong interest in information technologies, project management, and business analysis
- Experience with Scrum framework is a plus
