Responsibility

1. Lead projects in Regent factories } 20%

  • Follow up, develop and implement automation projects
  • Training and hand-over automation to end users
  • Coordinate with cross-functional team to implement automation projects.
  • Source new automation (Evaluate, conclude and implement)
  • Manage effectively & timely the project plan

2. Manage Innovation Business team to drive KPI } 30%

  • Innovation team leader

3. Research new automation solution in the market } 40%

4. Willing to travel locally & abroad } 5%

  • Join training courses at other factories
  • Exhibition

5. Perform other duties as assigned by direct report } 5%

Education

  • Bachelors Degree in Major: Mechanical, Automation or IE

Professional Qualifications

  • PMP certified and CMSE preferred

Years of Work Experience

  • Minimum 3 years in manufacturing enviroment
  • Minimum 1 year in similar Management role

Technical Skills

  • Good knowledge in mechanical, electrical and electronics
  • PDCA implementation
  • Project management expertise

Languages

  • Fluent English, Chinese advantage
