  • Overall Purpose of the Role:
  • Your main duties and responsibilities are to ensure compliance to all legal requirements, workplace safety & health policies & procedures and maintaining a high level of cleanliness and hygiene at the workplace.
  • Maintain/improve service quality through service agreed standard
  • Perform daily site visit
  • Monitor day to day operation and find solution to execute on time 
  • Support in implementing of best practice in cleaning standard

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Arrange daily working schedules, and yearly plan to meet with customer’s agreement
  • Check the daily working quality in details, and to improve the quality level
  • Build up a good relationship with customers during the operation, as far as those are still strictly concerned to the company’s benefits and policies
  • Check the staff’s daily operation, in order to improve on any weakness and to keep up the working quality standards
  • Report the problems and complaints from customer to direct supervisor, in case of important issues that could not be solved by self-handing
  • Take care of full-time staff and find the staff replacement
  • Make sure the staff are following the standards in every steps, using of cleaning potion, equipment, and tools correctly
  • Make sure the staff strictly follow company’s rule and regulations i.e. the rule of absenteeism, leaving condition, the wearing uniform, shoe, name tag attached during the working hours
  • Check the equipment and tools are used properly, cleaned regularly and keep in good maintenance
  • Clearly explain to the staff about company’s new rule and regulations that are required for them to follow
  • Take a good care of staff, on health, hygienic, and safety issues
  • Keep track, take care, and train the new staff in the section to work efficiently
  • Train the staff having a good manner towards customers, dressing properly and neatly
  • Take care of customer’s property in good condition
  • Control the expenses according to the direct supervisor’s advices,

Job Requirement 

EDUCATION:

University graduated.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Essential:

  • Bachelor degree in any fields or equivalent
  • Proficiency in MS Office: Excel, Word, Power point if any
  • Fluent in Thai language and English if any
  • Have work experience in the house​keeping
