About the job ATM Manager

  • Ensure sufficient cash in offsite ATMs includes cash replenishment.
  • Perform daily cash balancing and reconciliation to ensure all cash related records are accurate and no cash short & over issue. Report to management & resolve all related to branch cash related issues.
  • Prepare / compile cash / cash flow management related report within submission timeline.
  • Attend to all customer enquiries, feedback, complaints and ensure complaints are resolved expediently and to customers’ satisfaction.
  • To ensure there are safe and sound cash management policies and procedures.
  • Plan, organize, manage, implement and review to ensure all banking operations & service delivery infrastructures including system, equipment, terminal & communication network are available all time for operational / business needs and adequate / up-to-date a to support the business growth,
  • Act as a strategic business partner in accomplishing the Bank’s business goals to jointly develop and implement plans for all types of new products and services that is competitive in product design and delivery channel to keep abreast with market trend.
  • Ensuring proper and smooth running of the operational activities, both Head Office and Branch, including reviewing and streamlining the operational workflow and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Responsible for all issues in regards to Bank’s Corporate Image (CI) and ensure consistency in CI implemented across the Bank and in-line with Group’s directions.
  • Any other task as required by management.
