Head of Finance Division

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead, organize and produce accurate and timely financial report. Manage and ensure the accuracy of accounting-related issues and is compliance with Cambodia regulations, in particular relating to implementation of new Cambodian International Financial Reporting Standard (CIFRS).
• Be responsible for review, control and monitor of the construction budget (BoQ). By doing so, Head of Finance is expected to identify any deficiency, wastage or loophole in cost controlling process.
• Prepare performance report analyzing the key income and cost indicators and formulate into management information.
• Provide analysis of cash flow forecast and recommend for effective cashflow management.
• Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
• Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
• Manages and develops successor
• Other tasks assigned by CFO and Owner.
• Report to CFO.

Job Requirement:

• At least Bachelor Degree of Accounting, Financial Management degree or equivalent
• Minimum 5years of working experience in accounting or related fields
• At least 3-year experience in managing/leading team
• Knowledge of accounting software & advance excel
• Good written and verbal communication skill in both Khmer and English, Chinese is a plus
• Self-motivate and independent
• Self-organize, good teamwork and problem- solving skills
• Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skill
